staff terrific, itinerary changes frustrating.

We did a b2b on Ncl Star around Ireland, then Scotland, Norway, Iceland. Both sailed from Southampton. This was 6th and 7th NCL cruise in past calendar year. Also did one each on HAL, Celebrity, and Carnival.1) Three ports were completely canceled AFTER FINAL PAYMENT. This is wrong. Figure out where you are cruising and don’t change after final payment. The good, bad and ugly. Two ports cancelled 6 weeks before sailing…. Replaced with days at sea with no explanation. Given $100 on board credit to compensate however for an $8500 cruise…. $100 is laughable. I realize fine print on cruise contract says itinerary subject to change but the whole thing is ridiculous. The ship layout was fine with one glaring exception. The Cruise Next "desk" was not a desk but three tiny round tables in the hallway above the atrium.
