If you are looking for a super easy recipe that will make a SUPER YUMMY meal that your family will love then this

Bubble Up Pizza Recipe is for you!

Mr.Savvy gobbled up this pizza – he even started eating it before I got the final product picture of it!!! Within 30 minutes I had an empty pan – then I had Mr.Savvy asking me when I was going to make it again! I am sure your family will love it to – plus you will love how easy it is to make 😉

What Do You Need

  • 1 refrigerated biscuit dough – I got one that had 8 BIG Biscuits
  • 1 Cup of Sauce ( I decided to use pasta sauce so there would be more of a kick)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • other favorite toppings 🙂
  • 8 fresh basil leaves – chopped

What To Do

Get a large pan – I used 9×13 and lightly grease pan

Preheat oven to 350

Cut each biscuit into 4 and place in medium size bowl. Add 1 cup of sauce + 1 cup of cheese and mix + 1/2 of the chopped basil and mix

Place mixture into greased pan

Place the rest of the cheese and basil on top

Pop this baby into the oven for 20 – 25 minutes. Make sure the dough is fully cooked.

Let sit for 5 minutes ( make sure your family does not eat part of the pizza during this time…. This is something I learned the hard way with Mr.Savvy)

Finished Product

This pizza is light and addicting 🙂 I love the fact that it is a pull apart pizza – it would be a hit with the family or at a party.

The biscuit dough a little smaller and make individual ones in muffin pans.

i didnt use the basil though and also decided to go with pizza sauce instead of spaghetti. i used more than a cup of sauce but everything else was the same.
also, my didnt come out looking kinda burnt like your picture, which is great because i hate things burnt! 😀

Made this for dinner tonight… WOW!! The fiance and I LOVED it! Didn’t add any additional toppings, and he still liked it… even with no meat! That’s quite impressive! Definitely going into our dinner rotation! =))
Didn’t have basil; used pizza sauce, and just added a few shakes of onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to give it a kick. Also mixed in a little Parmesan cheese, because I put it on just about everything! ahhaha YUM!!!

delicious!!! this is a great recipe because you can switch it up any way you like it. i like to use turkey sausage, mushrooms, spinach, and peppers. i would recommend baking for 20minutes before adding the cheese then put it back in until it melts so the cheese doesn’t get all burnt like the one in the picture here.

BSD.. I love your site I’m def. an addict now! But, I have been making this for years and it is much better if you put the cheese on the last 5-10 mins before you take it out!! I did it the way you did it one time and it was fine but, I knew as soon as I did it that it wasn’t right! And to save a step I just throw the cut up biscuit pieces in the pan, pour the sauce over them and add pep. on top then cheese it up last 5mins or so… hope that helps! Thanks for all the freebies and amazing recipes and keep ’em comin’! Have a blessed day! 🙂

I have no idea what I did wrong…but when I made it it definitely did not fit into a 9×13 pan…it fit into an 8×8 and I had the right biscuits and everything….
