Typically, more than 30 million of the warm, delicious cookies are consumed each year, yet due to the coronavirus, the hotel wanted to spread some joy by releasing the recipe for at-home cooks. Upon release, Shawn McAteer, the senior vice president and global head of DoubleTree, said, “A warm chocolate chip cookie can’t solve everything, but it can bring a moment of comfort and happiness.”

Theme park fans rarely visit their favorite sites without thinking about the food they’re going to consume upon arrival. In the case of Tennessee’s Dollywood, the meal that comes to mind is its iconic pull-apart cinnamon bread. Cook bacon in skillet, then chop. In mixing bowl, combine mac & cheese, bacon and tomatoes. Spread in 8×8 or 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and black pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until heated through and golden brown on top.
